WEATHER OR NOT?

Hurricane (Atlantic or Pacific Oceans), cyclone (Indian and South Pacific Oceans), typhoon (Western North Pacific or Philippines Oceans), or even a willy-willy (Australia); all mean the same depending on what part of the world you live in. The outcome of any of these is not good news!! All of them can ruin your day in an instant!
In Arizona, we fear the infamous haboob (dust storm) or monsoon! Or even sometimes, hope for the haboob to bring the monsoon so we possibly get to see rain?! For some reason in Arizona, our weather seems to be a little more unpredictable than other parts of the country or world; or is it the weather people and their forecasting?

Think beyond the outdoor event also.
No matter who you are, where you are, or what you are planning on doing, there should always be a weather backup plan for your event! In the destructive forces of nature mentioned above, there really is no way around them and planning can be challenging since they are  instantly recognized by the “real weather people” and give short notice to get out of the way. Locally, we can have a 5%-95% chance of a weather disturbance daily??!!
Whether you are a professional event planner or someone planning a backyard barbecue, it is always a good idea to think ahead and figure out a backup plan just in case weather comes upon you in an instant. Think beyond the outdoor event also. You may have an indoor event but you have to have guests gather outdoors for the lunch line or the transportation arrival and departure or the path from the parking lot to the front door.
No matter who you are, where you are, or what you are planning on doing, there should always be a
weather backup plan for your event!

As short of a distance it may be, soaking wet guests can ruin the event experience. If you do not want to put yourself or company in the situation of whether or not the weather is going to cooperate with your plans, call us and we can weather the storm and assist you.
